London, September 2024 – In a move that will help Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) improve teacher professional development and educational outcomes, Onvu Learning has joined the Confederation of School Trusts (CST) as a registered supplier.
This recognition marks a significant milestone for Onvu Learning, which provides classroom video capture tools that transform teacher Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and elevate teaching standards.
By becoming a registered supplier with CST, the body that represents MATs in England, Onvu Learning is well-positioned to offer more teachers the ability to use video recordings of their lessons. This enables teachers to reflect on their own teaching practices, spot areas for improvement and take control of their own professional development.
Onvu Learning already has a number of innovative trust customers including, Nishkam School Trust, Ashton University Engineering Academy (AUEA), Discovery Schools Trust and Leo Academy Trust .
Matthew Tiplin, Vice President of Onvu Learning, emphasised the importance of this recognition: “Aligning with CST is a game-changer for us. Being recognised as a quality supplier by CST cements our position as a key player in the educational landscape, ready to provide MATs with the tools they need to succeed.”
The partnership with CST is expected to drive growth and innovation within school trusts. As more MAT leaders gain access to Onvu Learning’s tools, more teachers will have control over their own professional development, allowing them to identify their strengths and areas for improvement and share best practices with colleagues. This fosters a culture of continuous professional growth.
It is this focus on collaboration, value for money, and sustainable school improvement that fits seamlessly with both CST’s goals and the evolving needs of the education sector.
